This should be done when any information about an individual group changes, including change of group officers, change of venue, time of meeting, location and correct address for correspondence – This ensures each group receives mailings, newsletters and service news from GSO. Ideally, this needs to be done annually. This also keeps your meeting details current on the national Where-to-Find.
