Donations to Cornwall Intergroup, or Tradition 7
“Every AA group ought to be fully self-supporting, declining outside contributions”
You donation finances not only all group expenses, but passes down the AA structure, financing the running of our Telephone Helpline and nationwide Public Information initiatives. It also allows GSO to support countries worldwide striving to bring the AA message to the still suffering alcoholic.
Account Name: Cornwall Intergroup AA
Sort Code: 60-21-37
Account Number: 57506590
Please use the reference ‘Tradition 7’ when making the transfer including the group name and the day of the meeting. Also, it would be much appreciated if members could either make their contributions as groups, or arrange their tranfers to cover several meetings at a time. This will avoid large numbers of payments of a few pounds each, which would create a lot of extra work for the treasurer.
Please note that we will not be providing receipts for contributiuons made in this way.
The recommended service period for all Intergroup Officer positions is a minimum of two years, and not more than three.
